Evolutionary Development and Support Plan

As you know a products development lifecycle is an ongoing and time consuming endeavor. To help insure that this process can continue an ongoing development, support, and maintenance plan has been created. There are three levels of support: basic, evolutionary, and lifetime. A licensee can determine which level of support fits their needs. The support cycle begins on the day the product is purchased (licensed).

Basic Support (new product sales only):

  • 30 days electronic support for product use questions.

  • All bug fixes* for 1 year.

  • All minor releases for 100 days.

  • Any major release for 100 days.

* This means that bug fixes will be available for, any release during the 1st 100 days, and then only for the release that the licensee had on day 101 through the remainder of the support year. Unless licensee upgrades to a higher plan.

- No Charge -

Evolutionary Support:

  • 1 year electronic support for product use questions (within reason).

  • Support requests receive priority emphasis.

  • All bug fixes for 1 year.

  • All minor releases for 1 year.

  • Any major release for 1 year.

  • Automatically enrolled in all beta releases.

  • Automatically enrolled in feature and enhancement brain trust. Become an important part of how the product evolves.
