DataPulse - Visual data modeling tool
DataPulse
is a visual data modeling tool created by a 4D database developer
for other 4D database developers. Essentially DataPulse consists
of two modules:
DataPulse
Bronze:
This
is the core of DataPulse and includes all the features necessary
to successfully create a professionally designed and stable
data models. Take a look at the Bronze
Screenshots for a visual feast.
DataPulse
Silver:
Adding this module provides the ability to import tables
and fields from 4D structures (6x through 4D 2004x). So you have the
ability to import your own 4D structures, or ones that you've
inherited for upgrading or maintenance, so that you don't have
to type all this information in again. Additionally, you can
export any data model as a SQL DDL and then use 4D Insider to
create 4D databases from it. Take a look at the Silver
Screenshots and see how easy it is to import or export data
models.

StructurePulse - 4D structure re-engineering tool
Is
a very powerful tool designed to help 4D Developers
reengineer existing 4D databases. You can completely read and import
all structural properties, automatically generate the diagram
including drawing all tables, fields, subtables, and relations,
in exactly the same colors as were used in the 4D schema. Additionally,
you can generate a SQL DDL of your entire structure with a click
of a menu item. Take a look at the Preview
StructurePulse page for complete details.
